Information Session for Producers

On July 31, an informational session was held for packagers participating in the SDR, focused on preparing for the fourth reporting period for the quantities of packaging placed on the market—covering the month of July 2026—which runs from August 1 through August 6.

During this period, packagers must submit the Declaration of Placing on the Market (POM), regarding the quantities of packages placed on the market, and the Declaration of Withdrawal from the Market (RFM), regarding the quantities of packages withdrawn from the market. Even if a particular product has not been placed on the market, it is mandatory to fill out the respective declaration with “0” (zero) units.
