We inform that the Portuguese Environment Agency (APA) has published a standard application form for eligible Collection Points to submit requests for exemption from integration into the collection network of the Deposit and Return System (DRS). This form is available on the APA website.
For establishments with an area greater than 50 m² and less than 400 m², the exemption request must be made at the time of registration of the Collection Point on the SDR Portugal Portal, where the relevant supporting documents should be submitted, as well as the duly completed exemption request form for applications submitted from this date onwards. Please note that submitting this form is only required for new requests.
