SDR Portugal has launched a new Support Service (Contact Center) for operators of the Deposit and Return System (DRS), identified by the brand volta, including Producers/Fillers, Collection Points and participating establishments.
This service is intended to clarify questions related to the operation of the system, namely IT, logistics and other operational matters associated with operators’ activities within the DRS.
The Support Service is available at +351 210 195 116, on working days, between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
