Following the information session held on 6 August, we would like to inform you of a new procedure applicable to Manual Collection.
From 1 September, registration and use of the Retailer App – SDR Ponto de Recolha will be mandatory for scanning and registering the seals on full bags before the transporter arrives. Before using the app, registration and setup must first be completed through the TBS Portal. Without digital bag registration in the app, collection will not be possible.
Collection will take place whenever there is a minimum of 4 full, closed bags that have been correctly scanned and registered in the app, with transport costs covered by SDR Portugal.
If collection of fewer than 4 bags is required, please contact the SDR Portugal Support Service. In these cases, a fee of €13 per trip will apply. Requests must be submitted by 12:00 noon on a working day, and collection will take place on the following working day.
To support the implementation of this procedure, the recording of the information session is available, together with the supporting document, which provides step-by-step guidance on registering through the TBS Portal and setting up the mobile app.
We recommend completing the registration and app setup before 1 September to ensure that upcoming collection requests can be processed smoothly.
