Role Objective
Develop and implement awareness and environmental education programmes with schools, communities, social institutions, and NGOs, promoting the adoption of sustainable behaviours and the use of the deposit-return system.
Main Responsibilities

Develop educational programmes with schools, universities, and local communities;

Manage relationships with NGOs, associations, and social institutions for awareness campaigns;

Role Objective
Manage SDR Portugal’s institutional communication and its consumer brand with public entities, regulators, partners, and civil society, ensuring credibility, transparency, and visibility. Also responsible for defining and implementing the public awareness strategy to drive adoption of the deposit-return system.
Main Responsibilities

Develop and implement the institutional communication strategy for SDR Portugal and its consumer brand;

Manage, together with the Marketing Director, relationships with regulatory authorities, Government, Municipalities, sector associations, and strategic partners;

Prepare speeches, press releases, institutional reports, and public statements/positions;

Manage reputation crises and coordinate rapid-response plans;

Define and implement public awareness campaigns and educational programmes in coordination with the Awareness Manager;

Ensure alignment between institutional communication and B2C/B2B campaigns.
Qualifications

Experience

Minimum of 7 years’ experience in institutional communication, government affairs, or public relations, with proven stakeholder management and crisis management experience.

Manage SDR Portugal’s digital ecosystem, covering both the institutional brand and the consumer brand, ensuring coherence, innovation, and impact in online communication with consumers and other stakeholders, and contributing to increased awareness, visibility, and adoption of the system.
Main Responsibilities

Manage the production and publication of digital content across the ecosystem (website, social media, newsletters, etc.) for both the consumer and institutional brands;

Role Objective
Ensure the monitoring, analysis, and optimisation of the performance of marketing and communication activities, as well as the management of consumer contact channels, internal communication, and employer branding. This role is responsible for reporting, budget control, and the continuous improvement of both consumer and employee experience.
