These terms and conditions of use establish the rules for accessing and using the website accessible through the link https://www.sdrportugal.com/ (the “Site”).
We suggest that you read our Privacy Policy, concerning the rules of conduct of SDR Portugal – Association of Packaging Companies, a non-profit legal entity with tax identification number 516 554 999 and registered office at Avenida da República, n.º 74, 1º Esq., Alvalade, 1600-205 Lisbon (hereinafter, “SDR”), available at the footer of the Site, regarding the processing of personal data provided to us, and the Cookie Policy, also available at the footer of the Site.
1. ACCESS AND ACCEPTANCE
1.1. Access to and use of the Site, as well as access to the text, comments, messages, information, photographs, videos, services, and other content on the Site (‘Content’), presuppose the unconditional acceptance, without reservations, conditions, or modifications, of these Terms and Conditions of Use (‘Terms’).
1.2. Unless otherwise indicated, all Content and web pages available on the Site belong to or have been licensed for use by SDR.
1.3. SDR reserves the right to change, add, or delete, in whole or in part, these Terms, as well as to establish new conditions of use. Such changes or additions to the Terms will take effect after their publication on the Site.

2. USE OF CONTENT

3. OBLIGATIONS OF THE USER

- c) Not to modify the software in any way, nor to use modified forms of the software, namely for the purpose of obtaining unauthorized access to the Contents or any reserved content.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
4.1. Unless otherwise stated, all intellectual property rights in the Site and the Content belong to or are licensed to SDR. These rights include, inter alia, copyright, and industrial property rights on SDR’s trademarks and logos.
4.2. SDR will not tolerate any infringement of its intellectual property rights and will take appropriate action in defence of its interests.
5. APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT COURT
5.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law, with the courts of the Lisbon District having jurisdiction to settle any disputes.
